Overview

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager (BDM)** with strong knowledge of **survey instruments and equipment**.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client handling, and business development within the surveying and engineering equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities for survey instruments and related solutions.
  • Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote products such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Auto Levels, Laser Scanners, and related survey equipment.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in survey instruments/equipment sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
