About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage client communications professionally.

This role requires both technical marketing knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure campaign success, lead generation, brand visibility, and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
  • Facebook / Meta Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
  • Prepare campaign strategies aligned with business and client objectives.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation.
  • Improve campaign quality score, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions.

Social Media Advertising

  • Develop paid campaign strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, ad copies, audience segments, and campaign structures for Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for creative requirements.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and performance summaries.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements for campaign effectiveness.

Client Management

  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals, campaign needs, and expectations.
  • Present campaign strategies, updates, performance reports, and recommendations in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-up and proactive support.

Team Coordination and Management

  • Coordinate with internal team members including designers, content creators, and account managers.
  • Support and guide junior marketing team members where required.
  • Ensure tasks are followed up properly and campaign deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to planning, workflow management, and overall team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of SEM, PPC, keyword research, ad optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related digital marketing platforms are an advantage.
