Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify storefront operations, including product launches, app integrations such as Klaviyo and Gorgias, and landing page optimization.
• Lead Meta and Google Ads strategy and execution, managing budgets to scale growth and improve CAC and ROAS.
• Ensure advertising complies with healthcare rules in each market and Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
• Design and automate welcome, abandoned-cart, and win-back email and SMS flows using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Follow data protection and consent requirements, including GDPR and UAE PDPL.
• Produce English ad, product description, and email copy with accurate, compliant health claims.
• Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics for weekly reports and customer-journey analysis.
• Manage external designers and video editors to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency is essential for communication and copywriting.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success scaling an e-commerce brand.
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing automation.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness marketing experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; the description notes UAE visa attestation.
• Able to join immediately.
