Role overview
An experienced, UAE-based Digital Marketing Manager will own and grow online stores for pharmacy and healthcare brands across international markets.
The role spans Shopify, performance marketing, retention, content and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own Shopify storefronts, including product launches, app integrations such as Klaviyo and Gorgias, and landing page optimization.
- Lead Meta and Google Ads strategy and execution, managing significant budgets to scale growth and improve CAC and ROAS.
- Ensure campaigns follow healthcare advertising rules and Meta and Google pharmacy advertising policies in each market.
- Design and automate email and SMS flows such as welcome, abandoned-cart and win-back campaigns, following GDPR, UAE PDPL and consent requirements.
- Write high-converting English ad, product and email copy with accurate, compliant health claims.
- Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics for weekly reporting and customer-journey analysis.
- Manage external freelance designers and video editors to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output.
Requirements
- Native-level English fluency is essential for communication and copywriting.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Demonstrated success scaling an e-commerce brand.
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.
- Healthcare, pharmacy or wellness marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required and must be attested for the UAE visa process.
- Able to join immediately.
