About the Role
BAMX Developments is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and scale our performance marketing and lead generation efforts.
This role goes beyond running ads — you will
own the full digital funnel
, from traffic acquisition to qualified leads, ensuring continuous optimization and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
- Oversee day-to-day media buying and campaign performance
- Optimize CPL, ROAS, and overall lead quality
- Improve landing pages through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Set up and manage tracking (Pixels, Conversion API, attribution models)
- Work with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
- Optimize the full customer journey from first click to qualified lead
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and email marketing
- Ability to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns effectively
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
- Experience with CRM integration and lead management workflows
- Data-driven mindset with focus on lead quality, not just volume
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus
- Experience in the Dubai market is highly preferred
