Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing (UAE Experience Required)
About This Role
We are a growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, specializing in performance-driven services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and lead generation strategies for businesses across the UAE.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing agency sales within Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be confident in closing deals, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.
Note: Candidates without digital marketing agency experience in the UAE will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales
- Identify and approach potential clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Conduct meetings (online & in-person) to present digital marketing solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored marketing strategies
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within a digital marketing agency (UAE market)
- Strong understanding of services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development
- Existing network or ability to generate leads in Dubai/Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
