Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing function and drive student enrollment through innovative digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization's growth and enrollment objectives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive high-quality lead generation while optimizing cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall marketing ROI.
- Manage the organization's social media presence, including content strategy, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution of campaigns.
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and creative teams to support student recruitment and brand-building initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and present regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of marketing experience

- Proven hands-on experience in
Performance Marketing
- , including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong experience managing social media platforms, content strategies, and paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in the
Education Or Training Sector
