Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing function and drive student enrollment through innovative digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organization's growth and enrollment objectives.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation while optimizing cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall marketing ROI.
  • Manage the organization's social media presence, including content strategy, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with admissions, academic, and creative teams to support student recruitment and brand-building initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and present regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external vendors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
