Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns aimed at generating quality leads and supporting student enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with paid marketing platforms and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads to support student admissions and business growth objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad testing, and campaign optimization.
- Manage SEM, remarketing, and other paid marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector is preferred.
