Sales Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team to ensure consistent achievement of individual and departmental KPIs.
• Generate new business opportunities through schools, corporate partnerships, government entities, education consultants, and referral networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counsellors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Oversee the complete admissions sales cycle, from lead generation and enquiry management to enrolment and registration.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, events, education fairs, open days, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process and maintain high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
• Represent the institution at exhibitions, networking events, career fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 1. **Experience**
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions within the UAE education sector.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a sales or admissions team.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
• Strong network within the UAE education sector is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
