Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our student recruitment and admissions sales efforts across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets, managing the admissions sales team, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the institution's market presence.
This role requires a strong understanding of the UAE education sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team to ensure consistent achievement of individual and departmental KPIs.
- Generate new business opportunities through schools, corporate partnerships, government entities, education consultants, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counsellors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Oversee the complete admissions sales cycle, from lead generation and enquiry management to enrolment and registration.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, events, education fairs, open days, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process and maintain high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
- Represent the institution at exhibitions, networking events, career fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 1. **Experience**
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions within the UAE education sector.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a sales or admissions team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
- Strong network within the UAE education sector is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
