Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing activities for the company's real estate listings, projects, and services.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content for property listings, social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Support lead generation through digital campaigns and online marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding digital marketing leads and campaigns.
• Promote property listings and real estate projects through relevant online channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital marketing opportunities.
• Track key marketing metrics including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and advertising performance.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
