We are looking for a strategic, ROI-driven
Head of Acquisition(Digital Marketing)
to lead digital growth and performance marketing for a high-growth business in
Abu Dhabi
.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of end-to-end digital customer acquisition, revenue growth, and funnel optimization.
Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 10–12 years in Digital/Growth Marketing
- **Industry:**
- Strong background in
FinTech, Payments, or Banking
- is highly preferred.
- **Mindset:**
- Data-obsessed leaders who have a proven track record of scaling large budgets in competitive environments.
The Mission
- **Strategy & ROI:**
- Own the digital acquisition strategy and annual business plan with full accountability for revenue.
- **Performance Marketing:**
- Lead SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Programmatic, Affiliates, and CRM to drive high-volume growth.
- **Partnerships:**
- Build and scale strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and tech players.
- **Optimization:**
- Deep-dive into analytics to optimize CAC, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
