About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with industry experience.
If you’re skilled in property marketing, lead generation, and modern AI-powered marketing tools, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on property sales and lead generation
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage property listings across real estate portals
- Handle social media platforms with engaging content (posts, reels, ads)
- Optimize website and listings for SEO
- Generate, track, and nurture leads through CRM systems
- Analyze campaign performance (ROI, CPL, conversions) and provide insights
- Collaborate with sales teams for property launches and campaigns
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, ad performance, and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of property portals and lead generation strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
AI Tools & Skills (Preferred)
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for ad copy, captions, and property descriptions
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Canva AI) for marketing creatives
- Knowledge of AI video tools for reels and property walkthroughs
- Ability to use AI for SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot AI features)
- Basic understanding of prompt writing for better AI outputs
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Digital Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
- AI Tools for designs/contents: 4 years (Preferred)
