About This Role
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid + organic campaigns.
This role is heavily focused on lead generation and growth across social and search.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads & TikTok Ads to drive qualified leads
Manage day-to-day SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, basic link building
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance - ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions
Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives, reels, and landing pages
Research competitor ads and trends to identify new growth opportunities
Optimize campaigns daily for performance and budget efficiency
Requirements
1+ year digital marketing experience in the UAE - mandatory
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword tools
Proven track record of lead generation campaigns
Analytical mindset comfortable with data, Excel/Sheets, and reporting
Excellent English communication.
Available to join immediately
Salary
AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month based on experience
Growth opportunity in a fast paced marketing agency based in Dubai.
