Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing web content, analyzing web performance metrics, and collaborating on digital strategies.
The role will also include creating engaging communication plans to boost brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across digital platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Radio Advertising campaigns (planning, scripting coordination, execution tracking).
- Perform SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Manage and update the company website, including content updates and performance optimization.
- Create, design, and optimize high-converting landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and publish SEO-friendly blog content aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on KPIs (ROI, CPL, CTR, conversions).
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives and campaign assets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends across digital platforms and marketing tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads management
- .
- Strong knowledge of
- SEO and website optimization techniques
- .
- Hands-on experience with
- WordPress website management and landing page creation
- .
- Experience in
- WhatsApp Marketing and Email Marketing tools/platforms
- .
- Understanding of
- campaign tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Basic content writing skills for blogs and basic graphic designing skills for marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
- service-based or automotive industry
