Overview
We are hiring for the **Digital Marketing Executive – Aggregators (F&B)**
We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our presence across food aggregators such as Talabat, Noon, and Zomato.
The role focuses on driving online sales, improving visibility, and enhancing customer engagement through aggregator platforms.
Aggregator Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across aggregator platforms (menu updates, pricing, availability).
- Ensure brand consistency across all listings (images, descriptions, offers).
- Coordinate with aggregator account managers for campaigns and visibility boosts.
Campaign & Promotions
- Plan and execute in-app promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Optimize paid visibility tools such as sponsored listings and banner ads.
- Monitor ROI and performance metrics of campaigns.
Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs: sales growth, conversion rates, order volume, and customer ratings.
- Analyze platform insights and recommend actions to improve rankings and visibility.
- Work on menu engineering (pricing, combos, upselling strategies).
Content & Listings
- Ensure high-quality food images and compelling descriptions.
- Regularly update banners, creatives, and offers based on trends and seasonality.
Customer Experience
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings; coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
- Implement strategies to improve ratings and reduce cancellations.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in F&B or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with aggregator platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of online consumer behavior and food delivery trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Language Requirement
- Fluency in **Arabic and English (spoken & written) is mandatory**
- Ability to manage Arabic content, customer responses, and campaigns across platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing multiple brands or outlets.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads is a plus).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
