We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented **Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist** to lead end-to-end digital marketing, brand development, and customer growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring strong ROAS and CPA performance.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, ensuring product accuracy and resolving disapprovals.
  • Set up and optimize GA4 tracking, conversion events, and performance reporting.
  • Drive CRM strategies (Email & SMS) to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement.
  • Analyse customer behavior to enhance AOV and LTV through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Lead influencer marketing and partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and grow organic social media presence across platforms.
  • Plan and execute PR activities, including media placements and product launches.
  • Manage external agencies (PR, creative, media buying) ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech/UI) to enhance website performance and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyse, and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare advertising regulations (DHA/MOH).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (paid media, CRM, influencer marketing, PR).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and agency partnerships.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in improving ROAS, LTV, and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
