Overview
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and Excel-proficient Data Entry Operator** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of **Excel functions (especially VLOOKUP)**, fast typing skills, and preferably prior experience in a pharmacy setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and reports.
- Use **Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)** for data reconciliation and cross-checking.
- Support the Central Purchase Department or at any of the pharmacy branch with purchase orders and stock records.
- Ensure inventory and purchase data accuracy across all branches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator (experience in **pharmacy or healthcare** preferred).
- **Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP is mandatory** (HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage).
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Quick learner with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
