About This Role
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- **Strategy Development:** Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- **Content & Creative:** Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) for websites, social media, and email marketing.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Measure and report performance (ROI and KPIs) of all digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics to track success and identify trends.
- **Social Media & Growth:** Maintain social media presence, interact with followers, and brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
- **SEO/SEM Optimization:** Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- **Campaign Budgeting:** Monitor, manage, and optimize marketing budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Platforms:** Deep knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- **Analytics Skills:** Ability to analyze data and consumer trends to optimize performance.
- **Creativity:** Strong creative skills for visual and written content creation.
- **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Common Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photo/video editing software and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
