Digital Growth Manager (AI-driven)

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven marketing professional to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth.

We are seeking an **Digital Growth Manager (AI-driven)** who can **plan, execute, and optimize** all digital marketing activities independently.

This role requires a **hybrid professional** who combines strategy, content creation, performance marketing, and AI tools to generate high-quality leads and increase revenue.

*** Develop and execute a monthly and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business goals**

*** Identify target audiences (B2B & B2C) and key revenue-driving services**

*** Analyze competitors and market trends in Qatar and the GCC**

*** Define clear value propositions and messaging**

*** Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)**

*** Plan and execute a monthly content calendar**

*** Publish content and monitor performance**

*** Generate content ideas, captions, and video scripts using AI tools**

*** Create engaging posts and short-form videos**

*** Design creatives using AI-powered platforms**

*** Produce and edit videos for social media campaigns**

*** Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on:**

*** Google Ads**

*** TikTok Ads**

*** Build and optimize campaigns for lead generation**

*** Implement retargeting strategies**

*** Track and analyze key metrics:**

*** Cost per Lead (CPL)**

*** Conversion Rate**

*** Continuously optimize campaigns and content based on data**

*** Build simple marketing funnels and landing pages**

*** Integrate campaigns with WhatsApp and CRM tools**

*** Improve lead quality and conversion processes**

*** Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity**

*** Automate repetitive tasks (lead capture, follow-ups, reporting)**

*** Continuously exploring new AI tools and workflows**

*** Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality**

*** Adjust messaging and campaigns based on sales feedback**

*** Focus on revenue generation, not just marketing activity**

*** 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing**

*** Strong experience in social media management and content creation**

*** Proven experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)**

*** Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing (mandatory)**

*** Strong analytical and data-driven mindset**

*** Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks**

*** Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)**

*** Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred**

*** Experience in sports, fitness, or related industries is a plus**
