Job Objective

Oversee and enhance end-to-end digital experiences across all customer touchpoints, ensuring seamless journeys, high-quality service delivery, and alignment between business, technical, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise delivery of digital initiatives across websites, mobile apps, and integrated platforms
  • Ensure consistency and optimization of customer journeys across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to align on priorities and execution
  • Monitor user behavior, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, design guidelines, and best practices
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog in line with business objectives
  • Lead usability testing and translate insights into actionable enhancements
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Identify risks and drive resolution of issues impacting digital experience
  • Support execution of digital strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance across initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital experience, product management, or UX roles
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Experience in Agile environments and product lifecycle management
  • Proven stakeholder and cross-functional team management experience
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital platforms, mobile apps, or large ecosystems
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
