Prepare solution and product development strategies and methodologies aligned with the center's strategy and enterprise architecture.
Support awareness and coordination across center sectors involved in technology solutions, and help ensure launches occur as planned.
Responsibilities
- Align solution and product development methodologies with Agile and DevOps.
- Manage lifecycle roadmaps and coordinate with enterprise architecture, solution architecture, business requirements, and testing teams.
- Plan resources, skills, service levels, quality and performance expectations, and team roles.
- Research automation and improvement opportunities across development, maintenance, and operations.
- Support business, technical, and data requirements; manage end-user testing and align acceptance criteria.
- Manage Agile and DevOps development processes and provide supporting technical and administrative solutions.
- Coordinate teams, awareness, issue resolution, testing, and releases with technical operations.
- Work with product managers to meet targets, resolve blockers, and sustain solution and product development.
Education and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
- A master's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent is listed as an additional qualification.
- Certifications listed include PMP, Agile PMP, and Certified DevOps Leader (DOL).
