Manager, Data Governance Division

General Job Summary

Key Tasks

• Lead the development and implementation of the data governance strategy in line with the Center's strategy through initiatives and projects with relevant departments.
• Supervise the development of data governance policies, procedures, and plans, set related controls and standards, and follow up on stakeholder implementation and adherence.
• Supervise the development of the Center's data guide and the classification of data within it based on the data classification policy by relevant data stakeholders.
• Develop training plans and awareness programs related to data management and governance fields and controls.
• Develop and implement the data management and governance strategy and related programs and projects across various data governance areas.
• Supervise monitoring of compliance with data management and governance policies and procedures and the application of data management specifications according to approved legislation, policies, and standards, and prepare necessary reports.
• Supervise the preparation of compliance reports required for data governance policies, procedures, and specifications.
• Plan the data quality field and supervise the setting of data quality rules and the assessment of data quality.
• Supervise and follow up on resolving data quality issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform any additional tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Management, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or GIAC Certified Detection Analyst (GCDA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field or related fields.
