The role oversees the end-to-end real estate development lifecycle, with focus on product development, master planning, development briefs, and design coordination.
The manager drives project initiation and works with design consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver approved developments within budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Development delivery
- Support design and master planning aligned with market demands and sustainability objectives.
- Manage site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, construction, and project closeout.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Assess new development opportunities through market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Integrate sustainable design principles into development projects.
- Manage relationships with local communities and government entities to address regulatory requirements and support project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through risk-management strategies.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant real estate development experience in the UAE.
- Strong project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of urban planning principles and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in real estate development and understanding of the development lifecycle.
