Role Overview

The position is for an MS Dynamics CRM Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience.

The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development, configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design.

The developer should use a configuration-first approach and work on complex business scenarios.

Model-Driven App Development

  • Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps.
  • Work with forms, views, business rules, business process flows, commands, and app configuration.

Dataverse and Customization

  • Work with Dataverse tables or entities, relationships, columns, choices, keys, ownership, and security concepts.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM and implement business requirements using out-of-the-box capabilities where possible.

Plugins and JavaScript

  • Develop, register, debug, and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 plugins.
  • Understand plugin pipelines, stages, images, context, and synchronous or asynchronous execution.
  • Develop JavaScript for form events, field validation, Web API, and custom client-side functionality.

Power Automate and Apps

  • Develop Power Automate cloud flows using triggers, actions, expressions, error handling, approvals, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with Canvas Apps, including controls, formulas, data sources, connectors, and Dataverse integration.
  • Create and integrate Custom Pages within Model-Driven Apps.
  • Work with Power Pages configuration, authentication, security, permissions, and customization.

Required Experience

  • 7–10 years of hands-on MS Dynamics CRM development experience.
  • Strong experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to diagnose issues across apps, plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework and custom PCF controls.
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management, solutions, environments, and Power Platform deployment practices.
