About the role

Design leadership and coordination

• Review architecture and interior design submissions for design quality, technical accuracy, buildability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Direct architecture and interiors work, including spatial planning, detailing, materials, finishes, lighting, and bespoke joinery.
• Track deliverables, milestones, approvals, and project timelines; coordinate consultants and internal departments.
• Review technical documents and drawings, resolve design clashes and risks, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Lead design workshops and meetings; coordinate RFIs, material submissions, samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Support site teams and participate in inspections, mock-up reviews, and quality walkthroughs to protect approved design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, artisans, specialist vendors, and authorities on submissions and approvals.
• Support design status reports and management presentations.

Experience and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 10+ years of design management experience, with a strong portfolio in ultra-luxury projects, high-end residential, hospitality, or branded residences; UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to review designs critically and resolve complex technical issues through detailed design and execution.
• Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements.
• Strong architecture and interiors capability, including detailing, materials, and high-end finishes.
• Experience with internationally renowned architecture and interior design consultants is highly desirable.
• Strong design judgment, attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
