About This Role
Job Summary
Design by Neuron LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to support and manage design projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual and creative outputs that align with project goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations
- Support designers in developing concepts, layouts, and visual presentations
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation
- Review design drafts and provide feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and development teams
- Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals for clients
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Previous experience in design coordination or creative project management is preferred
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
