Senior Architectural Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design activities across various project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, interior design, and external consultants.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage design coordination meetings and track action items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client expectations, timelines, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential design conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
• Support the preparation and review of presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong background in architectural design development and coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, construction processes, and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-profile commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or residential projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and approval processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
