Candidate qualifications
- Requires a master's degree in Project Management or an MBA with a Project Management specialization.
- Requires three years of CAD experience and English proficiency.
- Proven project coordination and technical documentation experience is required.
- Architectural experience and understanding of design phases and drawing revisions are a plus.
Design and project coordination
- Review and manage architectural drawings, spatial layouts, design packages, and design assets, including CAD/BIM files, render libraries, and finish schedules.
- Track project schedules, design phases, construction deliverables, consultant submittals, design approvals, and performance metrics; compile progress reports.
- Liaise with leadership, consultants, contractors, and clients; draft and format proposals, technical memos, client updates, and project documentation.
- Compile presentation decks, mood boards, design intent documents, and project proposals.
Administrative and operational support
- Manage executive and project inboxes, prioritize RFIs, submittals, and client queries, draft routine responses, and maintain project records.
- Manage calendars and schedule design reviews, client presentations, site visits, inspections, consultant meetings, and team briefings.
- Maintain version-controlled drawings, specifications, permits, and revisions; update contact databases and project platforms or CRMs.
- Process and upload contractor and vendor invoices and purchase orders; provide ad hoc operational, research, and project support.
Pay
- Pay is up to ₹30,000 per month.
