Support the Store Manager in achieving business targets and maintaining boutique excellence.
Lead daily retail operations, problem solving, team engagement, development, and client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Model expected behaviors, skills, business acumen, managerial capability, and coaching approach.
- Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique, including at local and regional events.
- Guide staff on sales-related processes and resolve sales-floor queries.
- Provide feedback to sales and after-sales teams on service delivery and sales attitude.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
- Champion elevated client-experience standards and best practices.
- Handle client concerns, disputes, and complaints to restore satisfaction.
- Approve discounts according to policy and support rota management.
- Analyze store and local competitor trends to generate business ideas.
- Coordinate back-office activities when the Head of Back Office is not on duty.
Profile requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience in a sales position with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven success in achieving individual sales targets and supporting collective store or market targets.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships inside and outside the boutique.
- Previous experience managing a team of salespeople.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry and interest in market and competitor activity.
