Job responsibilities
- Review and plan semi-finished product, in-process, blend, stability, and finished-product samples and related documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Allocate work according to staff skills, supervise work, and review output and pending tasks.
- Conduct periodic QC laboratory self-audits and ensure required raw-material and finished-product analyses by outside commercial laboratories.
- Check QC instrument audit trails and maintain laboratory notebooks, chromatograms, certificates of analysis, and other QC records.
- Ensure cGMP compliance, meet KRAs and other assignments, and arrange on-the-job training to improve skills and productivity.
- Support the site Data Integrity Compliance Officer with monitoring and implementing data-integrity awareness actions.
Requirements
- Plan and review semi-finished product, in-process, blend, stability, and finished-product samples and related documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Allocate and supervise laboratory work according to staff skills, and review work output and pending work.
- Maintain QC laboratory records, including laboratory notebooks, chromatograms, and certificates of analysis.
- Ensure cGMP compliance in the quality control laboratory.
- Support site Data Integrity Compliance Officer activities for data-integrity awareness and action implementation.
