Deputy Manager - QC at Piramal Pharma Solutions, a contract development and manufacturing organization serving drug development and manufacturing needs.
Job responsibilities
- Review QC analytical data and documentation for semi-finished products, in-process and blend samples, and stability samples in accordance with cGMP.
- Plan timely reviews of stability and finished-product samples.
- Allocate work based on staff skills, supervise work, and review output and pending items.
- Conduct periodic QC laboratory self-audits and ensure external commercial-laboratory analysis of raw and finished products as required.
- Check QC instrument audit trails and ensure compliance with KRAs and assignments.
- Control QC laboratory records, including laboratory notebooks, chromatograms, and certificates of analysis.
- Provide on-the-job training to develop skills and productivity.
- Ensure cGMP in the QC laboratory and support the site Data Integrity Compliance Officer with data-integrity awareness actions.
