The Deputy Manager supports project delivery, proposal submissions, site teams, program processes, dashboards, and data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects under PMP guidelines and company processes, integrating all workstreams.
- Deliver to approved scope, schedule, and customer and business expectations; manage scope changes formally.
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Serve as the client’s single point of contact and coordinate communication across stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve issues, track plans, identify deviations, and take corrective action.
- Assess and monitor risks and develop response plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report project status weekly to senior management and conduct customer reviews.
- Coordinate responses to customer and regulatory queries and support new product costing and launches at sites.
Qualifications and capabilities
