About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead and grow our industrial products business.
This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue targets across sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and allied industries.
The incumbent will work closely with senior sales leadership to execute market strategies and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue budgets for the industrial product portfolio.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target verticals and geographies.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular engagement, contract renewals, and upselling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Support the Sales Head in preparing monthly/quarterly business reviews and strategic plans.
- Guide and mentor junior sales executives to build overall team capability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and client visits.
