Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain three‑statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Build valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).
  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to test assumptions.
  • Analyze financial data, KPIs, and market trends to inform projections.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Support M&A activities through accretion/dilution, LBO, and integration models.
  • Validate and update existing models to reflect current business conditions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities using detailed financial simulations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and verify assumptions.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV).
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • CA/CFA/CPA
