The role leads delivery network planning and optimization in Saudi Arabia and supports launches in new cities and regions.
Responsibilities
- Plan stations, service coverage, routes, and capacity.
- Develop network launch plans based on volume, geography, and customer needs.
- Support new station and regional launches, including site, staffing, vehicle, and operational planning.
- Track delivery volume, efficiency, on-time rates, cost per order, and productivity to identify improvements.
- Optimize network structure and resources as business volumes change.
- Coordinate delivery solutions with Sales, Warehousing, Transportation, Customs, and other teams.
- Support scalable, cost-effective delivery operations.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, express delivery, e-commerce logistics, or last-mile delivery, including delivery operations or network planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi logistics and last-mile delivery market.
- Hands-on experience launching networks, opening stations, or setting up delivery networks in new Saudi cities.
- Ability to independently plan networks and calculate capacity using volume, geography, delivery time, cost, staffing, and vehicle needs.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, project-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with major logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce companies in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
