For the Client's Test Management Enablement & Automation engagement, CodeNinja brings a dedicated 12-person specialist team spanning Test Management, Automation Engineering, AI/ML, and Performance Testing — all governed under a structured 20-week program delivery framework.
About the Role
The Delivery Manager / Project Manager serves as the overall engagement owner and single point of accountability for the Client's Test Management Enablement & Automation program.
This role is responsible for governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management across all three workstreams within a structured 20-week timeline — operating at the intersection of QA transformation, client engagement, and programme execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engagement delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are consistently met across all three workstreams within the 20-week timeline.
- Represent CodeNinja in the Client's Steering Committee meetings and Programme Governance Board sessions.
- Track milestones, manage risks and issues, and maintain a live programme risk register with active mitigation actions.
- Serve as the primary escalation path for the Client's stakeholders on all delivery, scope, and commercial matters.
- Govern scope control, change requests, and commercial boundaries — ensuring formal sign-off at each phase gate.
- Coordinate resource allocation and sprint planning across onsite and offsite delivery teams.
- Produce weekly status reports, monthly executive dashboards, and quarterly maturity reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with the Client's security policies, SAMA IT Governance requirements, and NDA obligations.
- **Requirements*** 15+ years of delivery management experience in enterprise IT programmes, with at least 5 years in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record managing QA transformation, automation, or DevOps modernisation programmes for Tier-1 banks.
- Experience operating within SAMA-regulated environments and navigating Saudi financial sector governance expectations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting at CIO/CTO level.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies with formal certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM).
- Hands-on experience with Jira-based project tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tooling.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, CSM, ITIL v4 Foundation, SAFe Agilist (bonus).
