A highly motivated and experienced Strategy Delivery Manager is required to lead the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programsfor Qiwa.
The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives
- Develop delivery plans, timelines, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive management
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in strategy execution, program management, or business transformation
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications
- Experience in corporate strategy or consulting environments
