Must-Have
- Proven leadership experience in a managed services environment, with a track record of driving successful projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term client relationships.
Nice-to-Have
- 9+ years of experience
- A deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in managed services, staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Experience in managing complex projects and navigating through challenges, with a problem-solving and analytical approach.
