The Delivery Manager will work in the Imaging Infrastructure Programme Team on diagnostic and interventional healthcare projects.
The role manages assigned projects and supports larger strategic programmes led by the Senior Delivery Manager and Head of Programme.
Work arrangement
- The position is based in Southampton. Flexible working requests will be considered in light of service needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through delivery, including plans and activity coordination.
- Coordinate clinical, operational, estates, procurement, finance and supplier teams to deliver projects safely and minimize service disruption.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, actions and dependencies; prepare updates, reports and governance documents.
- Support equipment replacement, room refurbishment, service relocation and new facility developments across imaging services.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain documentation, and support operational readiness, mobilization and go-live.
- Help improve programme tools, templates and project management practices.
Experience and skills
- Experience delivering estates or infrastructure projects in a complex healthcare, public sector or large organizational environment.
- Strong project management, organizational and planning skills, including managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
