The post supports accurate and timely information recording across nursing, clinical and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of information recorded in the in-house activity management system.
- Work with nursing, clinical and administrative teams to ensure activity is recorded accurately and on time.
- Provide training and day-to-day user support.
- Deliver data management and administrative services to the Clinical Research Facility.
- Assist the CRF Systems Analyst with developing and deploying new systems and functionality.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a busy working environment is essential.
- Approachable communication style and confidence working with different teams are required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
- Applicants should be flexible, competent with a range of IT and able to work independently.
- The role requires initiative, workload prioritisation, multitasking and confidentiality.
Working environment
- The postholder will work in a diverse office environment within a clinical research service.
- The organisation supports flexible working requests subject to service requirements.
