Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned delinquent accounts and achieve collection targets.
- Follow up with customers through calls and emails for payment recovery.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per bank policies.
- Conduct skip tracing to locate customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with CPS/CPR guidelines and UAE Central Bank regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or University Graduate.
- Experience in banking collections or recoveries is preferred.
- Knowledge of skip tracing and UAE banking regulations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection systems.
