About This Role
Debt Collector (UAE Nationals Only)
We are looking for a results-driven Debt Collector to join our team. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments
- Negotiate and agree on repayment plans in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
- Escalate unresolved cases when necessary
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus
