About This Role

• Recommends competitive foreign exchange rates based on market performance.
• Support the business Foreign Exchange (FX) activities daily by interacting and working directly with traders and the sales force to serve the firm portfolio of FX clients.
• Review orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations.
• Carry out trades and maintain the corporates’ accounts.
• Process customers’ remittance transactions to the desired country.
• Process foreign currency exchange transactions according to customer needs.
• Ensure all the necessary data were accurately captured during registration.
• Answer customers directly or over the phone and provide information/services accordingly.
• Help customers fill out the forms when sending or receiving the money.
• Check and verify the customers' identification documents.
• Collect and retain signatures, transaction vouchers, Identity documents, and supporting documents whenever necessary.
• Report suspicious activities to the compliance officer through appropriate channels.
• Count currencies/ coins by hand or using the currency-counting machine, and ensure the cash is tallied at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Inform customers about foreign currency regulations and compute transaction fees.
• Trade Execution: Execute foreign exchange transactions (spot, forwards, swaps) efficiently while managing market risks.
• Market Analysis & Pricing: Monitor real-time market trends, analyze economic indicators, and provide competitive bid/offer quotes to clients.
• Risk Management: Control trading desk operations within limits set by management and regulatory authorities.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client inquiries, provide advisory services on currency hedging, and assist in trading decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on daily trading positions, profit and loss (P&L), and performance metrics
