Sales Executive – Car Dealership
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with car showroom experience to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing clearly
- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on new car models, promotions, and market trends
- Handle documentation and coordinate with finance/insurance teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive sales (fleet/corporate preferred)
- Proven experience in handling bank financing and loan approvals
- Strong network with UAE banks and finance teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage bulk deals and high-value clients
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE banking and loan processes
- Experience dealing with leasing companies and corporate fleets
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
