Job Title: Treasury Dealer / Treasury Officer – Exchange House

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are hiring a Treasury professional with mandatory UAE exchange house experience to manage FX dealing, remittance funding, and treasury operations in a high-volume environment.

This role is strictly for candidates currently working or previously employed in exchange houses within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

FX Dealing & Pricing

• Execute foreign currency (FCY) deals across major corridors
• Provide live FX rates to branches and corporate clients
• Monitor currency positions, spreads, and market movements
• Handle high-value transactions and rate approvals

Treasury Operations

• Manage daily funding for remittance and branch operations
• Monitor and maintain nostro balances and liquidity levels
• Coordinate with international banks for settlements
• Ensure accurate deal booking and reconciliation

Remittance & Exchange Operations

• Handle large remittance flows and currency requirements
• Support branches on bulk transactions and urgent deals
• Optimize currency allocation across locations

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure strict adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations (AML/KYC)
• Monitor transactions for suspicious or irregular activity
• Maintain proper audit trails and documentation

Mandatory Requirements

❗ Must have UAE licensed Exchange House experience

❗ Hands-on experience in:

• FX dealing / Treasury / Remittance funding
• Currency exchange operations
• Working with treasury or dealing platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4–10+ years of experience in UAE exchange houses
• Progression from:
• Teller / Cashier → Supervisor → Treasury / Dealer (ideal)
• Strong exposure to:
• FX markets & pricing
• Remittance operations
• Interbank coordination

Education

• Bachelor’s in Finance / Commerce / Business
• MBA / M.Com / Finance specialization is an advantage

Key Skills

• Strong FX market understanding
• High accuracy in deal execution and calculations
• Knowledge of AML / compliance frameworks in UAE
• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments
