Job Description
TalentRise Technokrate is seeking a skilled **Database Administrator (DBA)** to join our dynamic team.
This role is critical for managing and optimizing our database systems, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability for our applications.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration with hands-on experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of database design, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and scripts.
- Experience with database monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and support application development.
- Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards.
