Role summary

Role profile

• Design and optimize scalable Python and SQL/MySQL data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
• Build and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards with defined and governed KPIs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical assessments to identify trends and support operational and strategic decisions.
• Develop and evaluate predictive analytics and machine learning models, including work with scikit-learn.
• Create and deploy lightweight analytics applications and proof-of-concept solutions using Streamlit.
• Support AI, NLP, and Generative AI experimentation, prototyping, and validation.
• Document data models, dashboards, and code repositories; follow data quality, governance, and version-control standards.
• Deliver reporting-ready datasets, adopted dashboards, reusable analytical assets, and at least one documented analytics, ML, or AI prototype with recommendations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL/MySQL for data management, transformation, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel, including defining and monitoring KPIs.
• Knowledge of exploratory analysis, statistics, and machine learning, including feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience developing and deploying analytics solutions and prototypes using Streamlit.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Hugging Face and NLP frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jupyter/Colab, VS Code, and PyCharm.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
• Relevant quantitative degree and practical experience through internships or academic projects.
