Role and team

What you will do

• Use specialist tools to extract, review, and cleanse data for reports; respond to data queries and keep suitable records.
• Perform statistical analysis, identify trends, and provide solutions to support service delivery.
• Support process and system development to improve data work and research new ways to use data.
• Engage stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements; analyze data capture and storage needs.
• Produce reports and charts communicating performance and trends to Service Delivery Teams.
• Present data insights to clients and managers; monitor data quality and remove corrupt data.

What you will bring

• High mathematical ability, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
• Problem-solving skills, logical and procedural thinking, and a methodical approach.
• Ability to plan work, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and pay attention to detail.
• Interpersonal, teamworking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query M; awareness of data warehouses, database types, and machine learning.
