Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design enterprise data models and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) using the Informatica stack.
🔹 Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines for seamless data integration.
🔹 Implement data quality measures, source profiling, transformation rules, and handle data granularity mismatches.
🔹 Design and manage databases while ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance.
🔹 Apply data modeling and data architecture best practices across enterprise platforms.
🔹 Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to develop scalable data solutions.
🔹Utilize Spark and Kafka for large-scale data processing and analytics.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
Required Skills
✔ Strong SQL expertise.
✔ Solid Data Engineering foundation, including Medallion Architecture and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs).
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
✔ Strong understanding of logical and physical data modeling beyond traditional star schema design.
✔ Knowledge of industry data models such as Party, Event, Location, Classification, and Resource Item supertypes.
✅ Technical Expertise
🔹 Experience with Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.
🔹 ETL and data pipeline development experience.
🔹 Database management expertise.
🔹 Experience with enterprise canonical/reference data models (IBM IIW-style or similar) is a plus.
