Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through online and offline channels
  • Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid/organic outreach)
  • Conduct cold calls and engage potential clients to create business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for business growth
  • Research target markets, industries, and key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on business needs and hand over to sales/account teams
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and conversions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation / business development / sales development
  • Hands-on experience running online lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Strong cold calling and client engagement skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and funnel management
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
